If you join too many sites at once you'll feel overwhelmed and your post quality will suffer. Not good. So be careful! Don't spread yourself too thin and end up sounding insincere! Social networking should always go at a comfortable pace.

When working with your customers, whether new or returning, be sure that when you make commitments you can deliver on them. There is no faster way to lose customers than making promises that you cannot keep. This is true whether you are quoting a price on a project, offering to have a product delivered on a certain day or stating project specifications. Say what you are going to do and do what you say. When you have a reputation of being honest and keeping your promises, people trust that you will do right by them. Without your customer's trust, you don't have a business.

Never Just Blindly Believe!

Google reported that a scam was going on when a complaint from a consumer was supposedly contacted by Google (which Google knew NOTHING about). The person received an email which claimed the consumer had been chosen from other Google account holders to win a prize as part of the Google 11th Anniversary Promotion. But to receive the prize, the consumer needed to supply some personal information, including their name, address and date of birth. Please keep in mind that legitimate businesses will not contact you in this way, and won't ask for your personal information. Before you react.... be in the KNOW... do your research! : )
