All clients are required to pay for any maintenance to their sites upon receiving an invoice for the completed requested revisions. If payment for the requested revisions is not received within two weeks from the date of the invoice, we reserve the right to shut down the site for non-payment. Once a site is shut down, the owner will be required to pay a $50 shut down fee plus the over due invoiced payment amount in order to get their site re-instated. You may NOT use your purchase for anything other than its original intended use. In other words, if you purchase a design package from us, it can only be used for that exact reason. If you need your design to match on your social sites, such as a blog, twitter, etc. for branding reasons, please purchase a design package from us that meets your design needs. You are prohibited from re-using the graphics, background, coding, etc. we've created previously for you without purchasing a new design package from us. 4.) We are NOT responsible for errors due to any changes or alterations made by you or anyone who is not a staff member of My Colorful Treasures Web Design & Development. The cost for repair is $20.00/hour. 5.) Due to the nature of our products and/or services, we do not issue refunds. We will do our very best to create a design you will love, but work already completed must be paid for whether or not the design is used. 6.) If the amount of work involved on any service you purchase exceeds the specified amount of time allotted due to the complexity of the site or multiple requests for changes to be done, any extra time will be billed to you at our hourly maintenance rate of $20! My Colorful Treasures Web Design & Development reserves the right to say when you have exhausted our services you paid for, so please stay within reason. 7.) We reserve the right to place a credit link at the bottom of your site & feature your site in our portfolio as a representation of our past work experience. All credit links must remain in tact, & be visibly displayed on your site at all times. If our credit link is removed, our graphics & coding MUST be removed as well or a $300 licensing fee will be charged to you whether you have read these terms or not. 8.) We reserve the right to design & develop ONLY family friendly sites. If it can't be seen by a child... we can not provide our services. We reserve the right to refuse service based on our own judgment. 9.) We assume absolutely NO responsibility for claims of any type from the use of our products or services. The customer agrees to hold My Colorful Treasures Web Design & Development harmless in liability, expense, claims, fees & loss or damage. In no way will My Colorful Treasures Web Design & Development be held liable for any use of our products or services by the user or other third parties. 10.) If you change hosts from our approved host, you are responsible for transferring the files and making sure your website is working. We do not offer support for websites on hosts other than our own hosting. 12.) Once you have purchased a website from us & provide us the information we need, we will begin creating the home page of your website. Once the home page is completed, we will ask you to look at & provide us suggestions and/or your approval. It is very important that you carefully check for typographical accuracy, layout, color, & list any changes that you would like made before you approve it!! We ask this because we want to ensure your satisfaction the first time around because your satisfaction is very important to us!!! We will do our very best to implement all of your requests. Once your home page is completed and it has been approved by you, the graphics & layout can not be changed. Once your website is completed, you assume all responsibility for your website!
